It's not you, iPhone (iOS) users are reporting issues on the Aligned Showings mobile app, version 7.9.13. We are working to restore full service. Check our status page (https://52385443.sorryapp.com/) for continued updates. Please note, Aligned Showings is functional on the mobile browser at alignedshowings.com.

The Aligned Showings mobile app v7.9.14 is now available in the Apple app store. This fixes the issue experienced by those that downloaded v7.9.13.

At this time, the Supra system is experiencing intermittent issues.
What is Working? • eKEY syncs and lockbox access for paid keyholders • Showing activity • Update Codes
What is NOT Working? • New eKey registrations • Billing updates • eKey syncs for unpaid keyholders
Supra has identified and resolved a temporary issue affecting Supra billing and payment management systems, and all systems are working normally again.
